Lotte Brown Leaf Snack

Brown Leaf is the name...from Lotte.

It's individually packed snack...usually higher priced...but I like it since it's more portable and lasts longer (I can't finish the box fast enough)
Kinda reminded me of French Pies from Haitai with no fruit toppings.

I am not much of a sweet snacker. I prefer eating real food versus junk food.
Prefer salty versus sweet...etc. etc...
But then...I love cakes and ice cream. I just don't like cookies, biscuits, those sorts..

When do I eat them? When someone brings it for me... ha ha ha...And this one, my aunt brought it. Thanks!
I don't think I never bought Korean packaged sweet snacks for myself before...wow...just realized it.

Gochujang red pepper paste in Costco

I found gochujang at Costco! Never heard of the company brand name 'being blue' but the price was much lower than asian market...$9.97. We bought one to try with lettuce wraps and it tasted fresh and good gochujang.

We didn't try cooking with it yet, but so far we like the taste and the price. Hopefully they don't take it out from inventory. We will definitely go back for more!

Here's the back label for you to see.

H-Mart Vegetable dumpling

Bought this at H mart for $9.99. I stopped by Lotte and found out that they have the exact same brand for $10.99.

Hmmmm....anyhow...I wanted Wang Sohn Mandu (meaning Giant Handmade Mandu). In fact, that's what the package says.

Quick meal-Japchae Bob with Trader Joe’s Soyaki Sauce

I was about to pass out if I didn't eat something fast.

I opened my fridge hoping there's something (please~) I can eat.
I found leftover Japchae*, Stir fried glass noodles with veggies, Yay food!

I need to heat it up but thought of just stir frying with steamed rice to make a quick single meal.
Usually I would need to put soysauce and stir fry but I wanted to try little different taste. I am not a big fan of Japchae... (being Korean doesn't mean I have to like it right?) so I wanted it to taste it little different.

I found this Trader Joe's Soyaki Sauce we just bought to try with Chicken.

It has strong ginger flavor, which I love, so I used Soyaki instead of regular soy sauce.
