Hello Nancy,

Thanks for coming and it's nice to hear that you enjoy Korean food!

could meat jun be what we have as small turkey pancake we posted?? (you could use pork or beef for this too) Click the link on the bottom to see if that's what you mean.

Quick ‘n Easy Korean Banchan (Side dish)-Mini Ground Turkey pancake Recipe

We could post japchae and Ddukbokki but meanwhile if you are around Baltimore area I could tell you specifically where to go... go to food courts in Korean Markets! most of them have ddukbbokki you can eat till I get the recipe posted....

Enjoy!

Hi Anna,

I love your website. So easy to understand and the recipes look simple. What caught my eye was the zuchinni jun. In Hawaii, the Korean restaurants would always have Meat Jun on their menu - bulgogi with fried egg batter. Don't see it on any menu around these neck of the woods? Maybe just a Hawaii thing? Also, noticed that you didn't have a chop chae (sp?) recipe - care to share one? Also, I grew up with Koreans, my friend would feed me Ddeokbokee.. Do you make that too? Do any of the restaurants around MD make them?

Keep up the good work! Yummy!
