Yes they are tasy and simple to do.
You can basically use the same recipe and substitute spinach with bean sprouts with same sauce and get bibimbap ingredients. If you know what that is.

As for getting more muscular? is that what you mean?
Hmmm...I don't really know if Korean food helps you get muscular....
Only chicken breast? and supplements?

I think Korean food rather helps you with balanced diet by having all different kinds of food to eat. Veggies, meat, carbs...etc...

A very simple yet nutritious meal. But if you are on weight control, I suggest remove or lessen the rice intake, for rice is carb. Pure green dish like spinach is a good way to start a diet. If you wont mind I'd love to guide Foodista readers to your post. Just add the foodista widget to the end of this post so it will appear in the Foodista pages and it's all set, Thanks!

I'm not an expert but eating Asian dishes (not American Chinese...) usually helps with weight control. Especially since it's not fried.

These days I have been eating pizza and burgers for lunch at work since we eat together and my belly started to get more out of control and I started to eat more veggies too! We'll see...

Just make sure you don't eat too much rice though!Or you might want to mix white rice with other healthy options... Eat more side dishes and not too salty ^^ and it should benefit you!

Good luck and if you really decide to do it, let me know how it turned out!

Yum! I love this dish. Do you think I would lose weight if I ate nothing but this with kimchi and rice every day? I think I could do it!
