Tofu
Tofu. I'm sure everyone knows what tofu is. Not only is this a healthy food but also very versatile. Can eat it as it is, warm it up, fry, add in stews, etc... so many ways you can enjoy it.

There are different kinds of tofu. FIRM usually for frying, SILKEN for stews or eat it fresh, and SOFT which can be enjoyed as it is with sauce or for Soondubu (Spicy soft tofu stew).
