Do you have any Asian or Korean Grocery Store near your area?
Some big grocery stores are Lotte, H-mart, GrandMart…etc

Or that doesn’t work for you..maybe try with Japanese Tempura/Frying mix? To be honest, we never tried with that…so if you do try other frying mix, let me know how it turned out!
