Dried Seaweed
Seaweeds are used mainly for soup. There are regular kinds with thicker stems (?) and for new moms with softer seaweeds. Any kind is fine for making Seaweed Soup/Miyuk Gook.
Seaweed soup is popular as the Birthday Soup and to nourish new mom's health as well.
