This is Dashida used for soups and stew...etc. Just little bit of this will do the trick. Try not to put too much of this but just little to pull the flavor together.
It's like Japanese Dashi. Korean ones have different flavors...beef, seafood, anchovy, and for Nangmyun (cold noodle soup) soup base.
