I have a headache and can't really concentrate and the runny nose...*sigh*
So as soon as I got home from work, my mother prepared a Korean style home remedy for my cold. A hot ginger tea boosted with honey and ginseng tea. Here's how...
It's very easy.
(1) Throughly clean a ginger root. Do not peel!
(2) Boil it with water till you smell the strong ginger aroma (You decide how strong your tea should be. The longer you boil, the stronger the tea will be. Very simple).
(3) Add honey and prepacked ginseng tea.
NOTE: You don't have to add ginseng tea. Ginger and honey is enough. Also make sure you are not allergic to any of these.
(4) Enjoy!
