Stir Fried Eggplant-Banchan/Sidedish Recipe

Here is another easy vegetable Banchan for you! We'll soon add a finished picture. Our picture didn't come out so clear this time. But we still wanted to share the recipe. Hope you like this!

Ingredients
chinese eggplants
3 eggplants (I think they are called chinese eggplants. The long ones.)
3 green onions
1tsp honey
2tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp vegetable oil
2tbsp water
1tsp gralic
1 tsp sesame seeds

sliced eggplants
Slice eggplants diagonally. Chop green onion/scallion.
Lightly fry sliced eggplants with oil and garlic. Then turn down to low heat and add water and soy sauce and fry till eggplants get soft and nice to eat (but not too mushy.)
Add honey and stir and then add scallion. (We added scallion from the start so scallion lost its color. We'll show you another one later that we add scallion at the end.)

Turn off the stove and sprinkle sesame seeds.
