   Anna, thank you so very much for this website! I love Korean food but have had difficulty finding authentic recipes. Fortunately, even in the heart of Oklahoma we have some excellent Asian markets where I can easily obtain specialized ingredients without the expense of ordering online. I found your site via ilovebluesea.com (where they linked to your instructions on cleaning whole squid). Thanks again . . . you are a jewel!
